Fabric Purchases:
Be certain to indicate which exact color choice you want when making a fabric purchase,
as oftentimes several colors will be available for like designs.
If you are making a purchase of fabric and there is not enough available for your purchase,
we will let you know via email what is available before we complete the sale.
If you are purchasing a kit and not all the original fabrics (those indicated in the photo)
are available, we will substitute a similar fabric (same color and scale) as the original.
If you do not want any substitutions, please email us with this request after you have checked out.
Shopping Cart:
We are available 24 hours a day for your online shopping convenience. Visit us often as new items
will appear on this site regularly. We encourage you to contact us if you are having difficulty
locating a particular item that may not be located on our website. We have an extensive inventory
system and can readily tell you if a particular product is available in our store.
Select the items you would like to order and be sure to indicate how much
(yardage or quantity) of each item you are requesting. You may select the “view cart” option at
any time to check on what you have ordered. In the shopping cart you may choose to delete an item,
clear the cart, continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Please let us know, via email, whenever you encounter any difficulties with our site.
Credit Cards:
For your shopping convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.
When you complete your order, you will be asked to provide your credit card information.
Be sure to give the complete name and address as recorded with your credit card company.
We will also need to have the three digit VIN number which is located on the reverse side
of your credit card. If you prefer to call in your credit card information, be sure to
indicate that you have made your purchase online and that you would like to pay via phone.
Shipping:
Most shipping will be done within a 72 hour period. Exceptions can occur, but you will be notified
if we need to have additional time. If we are out of stock of a particular item, you will be
notified of this as well.
Orders will be shipped either USPS or Fed Ex Ground for US deliveries.
International orders will be shipped by UPS.
